Success can feel different.
Success can feel different.
Hi, I’m Alice Pavin - life coach and embodiment practitioner.
We were taught that success comes from performing, optimising and never quite stopping.
I’ve spent years in business, working with driven founders. As a high-achieving person myself, I get it.
But it’s tiring to pay for your success with yourself.
I help high-achieving women build success from alignment rather than pressure, so that the success can feel as good on the inside as it all looks outside.
If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
You're successful by most external measures, but something still doesn’t feel complete.
You're constantly in your head, doing, overthinking, performing.
Your mind has taken control, and you want a way back to the body you’ve lost connection to.
You still want to create and be successful, but you want it to feel energising and true to you.
You can name many of your patterns. You just can't seem to change them.
You've read the books, done the yoga classes, talked it through, and the shift still won't stick.
Most approaches to wellbeing work at one layer: mindset coaching stays in the head, movement classes stay in the body, breathwork stays in the nervous system.
My method works at all three, because the gap between intellectually understanding a pattern and actually living differently isn't a knowledge gap. It's an embodiment gap.
Together, we go through the process of

Nervous system and breath.
Most high-achievers operate from a body that's been holding stress for years, so well-adapted to constant activation that calm starts to feel foreign. You can't make better decisions, recover properly, or sustain your energy when your system never genuinely settles. And before anything else can shift, the nervous system needs to feel safe. Through breathwork and other embodiment practices, we move out of stress and into a state where genuine change is possible.

Reconnect.
Body awareness and embodiment.
The signals your body is sending are data. You've been trained to override them, push through, optimise around them. The cost is decisions that look right on paper and feel wrong everywhere else, and a slow erosion of the instinct that made you good at this in the first place. Through embodied practices, we rebuild connection to physical sensation, emotion, and inner clarity, recovering the felt sense of who you really are beneath the performance.

Mind and behavioural patterns.
The constant doing and striving you can name but can't seem to shift lives below the level of thought. That's why intellectual understanding alone hasn't changed it. With your nervous system steady and your body back online, the pattern becomes workable from the layer it actually lives in. The goal isn't necessarily to do less. It's to change the engine underneath the doing, so the same drive runs on alignment, desire and clarity, rather than on pressure, fear or proving.
The three layers work in integration, not in sequence.
Mind, body, and breath, used together, each for what it does best.

It is created for high-achieving women who refuse to choose between success and inner peace.
This guide includes reflections and practices to build both.

Embodiment is the move from understanding something in your mind to actually experiencing and living it in your body. It's the difference between knowing who you are and actually feeling it.

My movement style is based on yoga and dnace. I have a 200-hour YogaAlliance certification (La Casa Shambala, Mexico, 2021), trainings in embodied movement, and spent most of my life dancing and have developed a yoga teaching style reflecting my own personal journey. It consists of 3 elements: Discover, Feel and Express. It is a path of deep introspection (discover), exploration of sensations and emotion (feel), and authentic expression and liberation through movement (express). It creates a signature style that has organic, energising flows, often with a touch of femininity.
My signature class is Embodied Flow, Embodied Flow is a movement class that embraces the fluid and sensual aspects of your being. Inspired by vinyasa yoga, this class combines breathwork, organic movement, and playful expression to release stagnant energies, deepen self-connection, and tone our bodies from the inside out. Together with my students, we move from deep grounding meditation to intense body-shaping postures, all the way to complete relaxation.

A continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern with no pause between inhale and exhale. It works directly on the nervous system, the emotional body, and the subconscious mind. One session can do what several talking sessions can. I trained in Rishikesh, India, with Divine Circle.

Coaching is not about solving problems, although problems will be solved. It is not primarily about improving performance, attaining goals, or achieving results, although all of that will certainly happen over time. Coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice. It is a structured process to help people (you) find your own answers, encouraging and supporting you on the path as you continue to make important choices towards a more fulfilling life (learn more about my coaching method below).

Coaching starts from the belief that you already have what you need. Mentoring offers solutions from someone else's experience. Therapy works with the past and with mental health. Coaching works with where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there. The three are different tools, and good coaching makes peace with the limits of its own.

I mainly rely on embodied coaching and co-active coaching styles.
Embodied coaching means that we do not only look into the mind to intellectually understand the coachee’s (your) patterns, but also connect with the body to understand where these patterns live and how they feel. During the session, we always do one personalised embodied practice before we start the “talking coaching”, as for example, breathwork, visualisation or meditation.
The key principle of co-active is we together collaborate for a common purpose. We are working together on a mutual mission - your mission - to discover solutions and create strategies for personal and professional growth. The goal is not only to achieve specific outcomes but also to foster a deep sense of connection, empowerment, and accountability.
I commonly integrate mindset and transformational coaching in my approach, focusing on facilitating shifts in the your perspectives, behaviours, and patterns of thinking that may be holding you back.

When you want things to be different. If you are looking for change or have important goals to reach, whatever they may be.
I have coached people to find and live according to their purpose, to stop self-loathing and start self-loving, navigate the life as a refugee in a new country, start a business, increase their self-esteem, find balance in life, create healthier relationships with others and themselves, letting go of pressure and expectations, and much more to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.

I work with high-achieving women that are looking to:
Increase your connection to yourself and discover your purpose.
Identify and overcome limiting beliefs to cultivate greater self-acceptance, respect, and love.
Release external pressures and expectations, to create space to shape the life you desire.
Improve decision-making by balancing the input of your mind, heart, and intuition.

If we decide to work together during the Chemistry Call, we start with a Discovery Session. Here, we delve into your challenges and goals, pinpoint what to focus on, and figure out how we'll work together to achieve your objectives.
Following this, the recurring sessions starts, which tend to be held weekly or biweekly depending on what is most suitable. Between each session, there is typically a 'homework' to further facilitate the progress.

All humans are different, and we do not work equally as well with everyone. There is nothing wrong in that. When two people align in values, resonate with each other, and feel at ease collaborating, the chemistry is right. This builds trust, facilitates communication, and promotes understanding. Ultimately, this forms the basis for a productive coaching relationship, leading to better outcomes for the coachee.
