Success can feel different.

Success can feel different.

Hi, I’m Alice Pavin - life coach and embodiment practitioner.

We were taught that success comes from performing, optimising and never quite stopping.

I’ve spent years in business, working with driven founders. As a high-achieving person myself, I get it.

But it’s tiring to pay for your success with yourself.

I help high-achieving women build success from alignment rather than pressure, so that the success can feel as good on the inside as it all looks outside.

Abstract flowing shapes in warm colors, including shades of orange, yellow, and dark brown, with smooth gradients and blurred edges.

If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

  • You're successful by most external measures, but something still doesn’t feel complete.

  • You're constantly in your head, doing, overthinking, performing.

  • Your mind has taken control, and you want a way back to the body you’ve lost connection to.

  • You still want to create and be successful, but you want it to feel energising and true to you.

  • You can name many of your patterns. You just can't seem to change them.

  • You've read the books, done the yoga classes, talked it through, and the shift still won't stick.

Most approaches to wellbeing work at one layer: mindset coaching stays in the head, movement classes stay in the body, breathwork stays in the nervous system.

My method works at all three, because the gap between intellectually understanding a pattern and actually living differently isn't a knowledge gap. It's an embodiment gap.

Together, we go through the process of

How I work

Regulate, Reconnect and Rewire.

regulate

Regulate.

Nervous system and breath.

Most high-achievers operate from a body that's been holding stress for years, so well-adapted to constant activation that calm starts to feel foreign. You can't make better decisions, recover properly, or sustain your energy when your system never genuinely settles. And before anything else can shift, the nervous system needs to feel safe. Through breathwork and other embodiment practices, we move out of stress and into a state where genuine change is possible.

reconnect

Reconnect.

Body awareness and embodiment.

The signals your body is sending are data. You've been trained to override them, push through, optimise around them. The cost is decisions that look right on paper and feel wrong everywhere else, and a slow erosion of the instinct that made you good at this in the first place. Through embodied practices, we rebuild connection to physical sensation, emotion, and inner clarity, recovering the felt sense of who you really are beneath the performance.

rewire

rewire

Rewire.

Mind and behavioural patterns.

The constant doing and striving you can name but can't seem to shift lives below the level of thought. That's why intellectual understanding alone hasn't changed it. With your nervous system steady and your body back online, the pattern becomes workable from the layer it actually lives in. The goal isn't necessarily to do less. It's to change the engine underneath the doing, so the same drive runs on alignment, desire and clarity, rather than on pressure, fear or proving.

The three layers work in integration, not in sequence.

Mind, body, and breath, used together, each for what it does best.
