You don't always have to do less to feel better.
You just have to do it from a different place.

I'm a psychology-informed life coach and embodiment practitioner. I help high-achieving women move from achieving through pressure to achieving through alignment, so their success feels as real on the inside as it looks on the outside.

I hold a first-class Psychology degree from University College London. I'm trained as a Co-Active life coach, a yoga instructor, and a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. I spent eight years in the entrepreneurship, investment and startup ecosystem, supporting founders with their business and their inner wellbeing.

My own journey is the work. I know what it means to be excellent at the outer game while something essential feels missing. I went through my own regulation, reconnection and rewiring, and built a life that is still successful, but now feels genuinely mine. That lived experience is woven into everything I teach.

I don't necessarily teach women to do less. I teach them to do differently, from a place that energises rather than drains, that allows the mind to not be in overdrive, that expresses who they actually are rather than who they feel they should be.

I now know that success can feel different.

Who I work with

I work with high-achieving women. Driven, active, self-aware. Something feels off despite ticking every box.

She's already done some inner work. She understands her patterns intellectually. She's read the books, she journals, she might even have a therapist. And yet, the shift won't stick. She understands it in her head but can't feel it in her body.

That gap is exactly where my work begins.

How I work

Regulate, reconnect, rewire. Mind, body and breath, used together.

A nervous system safe enough for change. A body you can actually feel from and work with. Patterns shifted at the layer they live in, not just the layer you can talk about.

What working together looks like

We start with a chemistry call. 30 minutes, free, no sales conversation. We talk about what's going on, what you want to be different, and whether working together makes sense.

If it does, I suggest the most valuable first step for you. Perhaps it’s joining a group programme with other like-minded women, attending a workshop, or working one-on-one with me through your personalised embodied coaching programme.

If we want to work one-on-one, we move to a discovery session. We map the work, name the focus, and agree on the rhythm. From there, online sessions are held biweekly. Between sessions, you'll have practice. Sometimes embodiment practices, sometimes breath, sometimes new behaviours - always specific. Most engagements run a minimum of six months to allow for deep transformation.
